风电在输送、分配和使用过程中多节约一度电,就少消耗一部分化石能源,节能降耗同样重要随着全社会节能意识的逐渐提高和风力发电技术的日趋成熟,近几年来我国每年新增风电建设项目数以百计,仅2012年新增装机容量就超过了1500万千瓦,占全球新增风电装机容量的1/3以上;预计“十二五”后两年还将新增2000多万千瓦,“十三五”期间再新增1亿千瓦。然而在风力发电技术已日趋成熟的今天,风电项目的节能评估工作却刚刚起步,仍处于摸索阶段,其能效水平有待提
Wind power saves more electricity once during transportation, distribution, and use. It consumes less fossil energy, and energy conservation and consumption reduction are equally important. With the gradual improvement of the society’s awareness of energy conservation and the maturation of wind power generation technology, China’s annual increase in recent years has increased. There are hundreds of wind power construction projects. In 2012 alone, the newly installed capacity exceeded 15 million kilowatts, accounting for more than one-third of the global installed capacity of new wind power; it is expected to be added two years after the “12th Five-Year Plan”. More than 20 million kilowatts, adding another 100 million kilowatts during the “Thirteen Five Years” period. However, with wind power technology becoming more and more mature today, the energy conservation assessment of wind power projects has just started and is still in the stage of exploration. The level of energy efficiency is yet to be mentioned.
