次郎甜柿原产日本静冈县,果个大,品质优,结实性状好,1990年引入我省后很受欢迎。 一、果实性状 大型果,平均单果重200g;扁圆形,果顶稍凹,横断面呈方形;侧面从蒂部到果顶有4条明显的沟。因果顶部也有4条斜线沟,故共有8条沟;果顶有时会十字裂开;果面上有细小的裂果痕。萼片大,平展;果皮光滑细腻,有光泽。完全成熟后呈橙红色,果粉多。果肉黄红色,有细小褐斑,肉质致密,稍硬。可溶性固形物含量17%左右;甜味强,无残留涩味。经贮藏软化后口感变差。无核果多,平均每果有种子1~2粒,经授粉可达5~6粒。果柄粗短,抗风。
