It is a major issue for enterprises to strengthen the accounting control within projects, standardize their accounting practices, ensure the accounting information is true and complete, rationally use and distribute project funds according to law, prevent errors and fraud, and improve the regulatory ability of funds. This paper first introduces the problems existing in the internal accounting control of the project construction unit, and then elaborates on how to improve the internal accounting control measures of the project construction unit.
