画院体制作为一个问题提出来 ,本身就说明这个问题已经很严重了。眼下的画院看上去更像一个“走穴”、“唱堂会”的中心,而不是什么创作单位。有事实为根据:画家队伍鱼龙混杂。有胆量在宣纸上涂抹的人就敢扛着画院的牌子四处赶“笔会”。至于学术失范, 迎合市场 ,冗员复杂等,在画院中更是肆虐无忌。这不能不使人心生疑虑:住着国家的房子,吃着国家的傣禄,享受着国家给予的尊严,却拿不出代表国家艺术形象的作品,画院存在的合理性是什么?
