1、使用氯化锰5、10、20、50、100、200ppm浓度处理海带苗,以低浓度5、10、20、50ppm浓度处理对海带的生长有阴显的促进作用,最适浓度为20ppm,高浓度100、200ppm对海带生长有抑制作用、对碳含量、氮含量和磷含量也是以20ppm处理效果最明显。 2、使用20ppm锰处时,以30分钟效果较好,超过60分钟和低于30分钟对海带生长效果不如30分钟明显。 3、使用20ppm锰,以不同次数处理的结果是 2—6次效果明显,增重都可达到10%以上。 4、EDTA~(-4)M与20ppm锰混合浸泡处理,对海带生长的促进作用稍有影响。
