本实验用家免或犬人工造成肝、脾、股动脉、颈动脉、股二头肌出血创面,贴敷吸收性止血绫(ASS),并以贴敷相似面积与厚度的明胶海绵或纱布作为对照,观察创面出血时间或出血量。证明ASS有显著止血作用,与贴敷纱布相比,可显著缩短出血时间并减少出血量;其止血作用优于明胶海绵。体外凝血试验采用瓷板针挑法或试管法,均证明可缩短凝血时间,与对照的淀粉相比有显著差异,说明ASS对内源性凝血系统有激活作用。
In this experiment, home-use exempt or canine artificially caused bleeding wounds of liver, spleen, femoral artery, carotid artery, and biceps femoris muscles, applied absorbent hemostasis (ASS), and applied gelatin sponge or gauze with similar area and thickness as Control, observe wound bleeding time or bleeding volume. It was proved that ASS had a significant hemostatic effect, compared with the application of gauze, can significantly reduce the bleeding time and reduce the amount of bleeding; its hemostatic effect is better than gelatin sponge. In vitro coagulation tests using porcelain plate needle picking method or test tube method, have proved to shorten the clotting time, compared with the control of starch significant differences, indicating that ASS has an activation effect on the endogenous coagulation system.
