行政管理干部是从事行政管理工作的人员。行政管理干部素质包括群体素质和个人素质。行政管理干部的群体素质和个人素质优化是提高行政管理效率的基础,关系到行政管理工作的成效.优化行政管理干部群体素质,一是要转变观念,从整体上、结构上重视行政管理干部的选拔调配;二是坚持“四化”原则配备后备干部;三是要搞好行政管理干部群体自身建设;四是要加强干部人事制度改革。优化行政管理干部个人素质的根本途径是理论联系实际,加强学习培训和积极参与实践;有效方法是坚持批评与自我批评:坚持接受监督和加强自我修养的统一,提高个人修养是完善自我的关键。
Administrative cadres are engaged in administrative management of personnel. The quality of cadres in administrative management includes group quality and personal quality.
