医院是公共单位,是保障人民身体康健的重要场所,在新医改的深入推动下,医院内部发生了重大变革,尤其表现在医院财务方面,而医院绩效考核作为医院财务管理的重要组成部分,对实现医院的可持续发展起到重要的指引作用,在本文中笔者针对医院绩效考核所存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决措施,为医院绩效考核体系的建设奠定理论基础与保障。
The hospital is a public unit and an important place to protect the health of the people. Under the impetus of new medical reform, great changes have taken place in the hospital, especially in the hospital finance, while the hospital performance appraisal as an important part of the hospital’s financial management, To realize the sustainable development of the hospital plays an important guiding role. In this paper, the author analyzes the problems existing in the hospital performance appraisal and puts forward the solutions to lay a theoretical foundation and guarantee for the construction of the hospital performance appraisal system.
