我国自行设计研制并全部采用国产液压元件的全液压抽油机样机已经完成,1987年底通过了台架试验。以前,油田大多数采用机械式抽油机,因结构笨重,耗费大量钢材,功耗大,工况作业灵活性差,已逐渐淘汰。国外六十年代已有商品的液压抽油机,国内因国产液压元件质量较差,阻碍了液压抽油机的研制。用于油田的抽油机数以万台计,如以我们研制的液压抽油机为例,有着明显的经济效益。它的功率比同类机械式抽油机减少了10
China’s own design and development and use of all hydraulic components of the full hydraulic pumping prototype has been completed by the end of 1987 passed the bench test.
