我厂某机有3、4号金属油箱各一个(图1)。 长期以来,油箱制造的协调方案是:油箱隔板采用样板协调方案(图2);油箱外壳采用模型协调方案(图3)。经过试造、成批生产和装机使用的多年考验,零件、工装之间都已达到协调、稳定和定型。后来,某机(原型机)设计改成了压力加油的改型机,3、4号金属油箱外形仅仅作了相应的局部更改(图4)。若按原型机的图2、图3的协调方案,零件、工装之间需要重新协调制造。不仅影响产品质量,提高产品成本,而
