我国的经济正在实现由计划体制向市场体制转轨,一场自上而下的改革浪潮正从经济到政治席卷我国的各个领域,波及到各个部门的每一方面。统计工作面临许多新的挑战,机遇与困难并存。在学习、贯彻最近修改的《中华人民共和国统计法》过程中,为了了解上海企业的统计工作现状,以深化统计改革,加强统计科学研究,上海市统计学会对企事业的综合统计人员和企业领导进行了一次问卷调查。共收回有效调查问卷927份,调查回收率在80％以上。调查问卷分两类:A卷和B卷,其中A卷是调查企事业领导,而B卷是调查企事业的综合统计人员。A卷回收299份,B卷回收628份。
