激发士兵学习动力,对于士兵的教育、训练、管理和他们自身成长进步都具有重要意义,概括起来主要可采取四种方式:利益驱动式、环境熏陶式、制度规范式、任务牵引式。利益驱动式。就是用各种手段调动士兵的学习需求,让他们产生学习的渴望。这里的利益包括三个方面:一是物质利益。即对学习成效好的士兵给予适当的奖励。制定奖励制度,设立奖励基金,使奖励制度化、常态化。需要注意的是,要用恰当的形式放大奖励的效应。例如
