目的:分析不同充填材料在中、重度氟牙症楔状缺损患牙充填修复后的脱落情况。方法:收集中、重度氟牙症楔状缺损患者83例,共300颗患牙,随机均分成A、B、C组,分别采用3M Filtek TM Z350纳米树脂、可乐丽菲露APX复合树脂、松风FX-II玻璃离子水门汀充填修复。在充填修复治疗后3、6、12个月进行复查,观察充填材料脱落率。结果:3、6、12个月的脱落率3组之间存在差异(P<0.05),C组在3个时间点脱落率均大于其他两组(P<0.05),A组和B组在3个月和6个月时脱落率无差异(P>0.05),在12个月时脱落率B组大于A组(P<0.05)。3组病例在各时间点复查均未出现继发龋。B组在6个月和12个月复查时出现牙髓病变病例,但与其他两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:1.松风FX-II玻璃离子水门汀及可乐丽菲露AP-XTM复合树脂短期内脱落率较高,并有牙髓刺激症状。2.3M FiltekTMZ350纳米树脂在1年期内脱落率很低。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the exfoliation of dental implants with different filling materials in dental implants of wedge-shaped defects of moderate and severe dental fluorosis. Methods: Totally 83 patients with severe dental fluorosis were enrolled in this study. A total of 300 teeth were randomly divided into groups A, B and C, respectively. 3M Filtek TM Z350 nanocomposites, Coke Lilifex APX composite resin, FX-II glass ionomer cement filling repair. In the filling repair treatment 3,6,12 months after the review, observation of filling material shedding rate. Results: There was a significant difference between the three groups in the 3, 6 and 12 months (P <0.05), and the shedding rates in the 3 groups at 3 and 12 months in the C group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P <0.05) There was no difference in the rate of shedding at 3 months and 6 months (P> 0.05). The shedding rate at 12 months was higher in group B than in group A (P <0.05). No recurrence of secondary caries was observed in all three groups at all time points. There were no cases of dental pulp lesions in group B at 6 months and 12 months of review, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: 1. The high-speed exfoliation rate of FX-II glass ionomer cement and Coke Lilifera AP-XTM composite resin in the short term have exfoliated pulp symptoms. 2.3M FiltekTMZ350 nano-resin in the one-year low rate of shedding.
