本文探讨了一种选冶联合流程来从含铜浮选精矿中提取金铜,研究了一种新型铜浸出剂一CSUT(ad),其特点是浸铜能力大、挥发性低、循环使用率高,特别适合于消除铜锌矿物对氰化浸金的干扰.对河台金矿进行的实验表明,使用这种铜浸出剂可使氰化浸金率提高20%以上,且采用预浸铜→氰化提金的两段浸出工艺优于铜金混合浸出工艺,浮选实验说明了浮选是从浸金渣中综合回收铜的有力手段,最终尾矿中含铜低于0.6%,金低于4g/t.
In this paper, a combined process of electuary and metallurgy was studied to extract gold and copper from copper-bearing flotation concentrates.
