研究缺氧对膈肌收缩力的影响及其组织中氧自由基的变化,并应用参麦饮进行实验和临床观察。结果:缺氧便膈肌张力、疲劳指数显著下降,出现隔肌疲劳;膈肌组织中氧自由基、丙二醛含量明显增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量显著下降,提示膈肌疲劳可能与氧自由基增多及其脂质过氧化破坏有关;给予SOD或参麦饮治疗可明显抑制上述改变。参麦饮治疗隔肌疲劳有效率可达81;8%~88.7%,静脉滴注疗效维持时间平均达16.8h。
To study the effect of hypoxia on diaphragmatic contractility and the changes of oxygen free radicals in tissues, and to study the effect of Shenmai drink on experimental and clinical observation. Results: After hypoxia, diaphragmatic muscle tension and fatigue index decreased significantly, and diaphragm muscle fatigue appeared. The content of oxygen free radicals and malondialdehyde in diaphragmatic muscle tissue increased significantly and the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased significantly, which suggested that diaphragmatic muscle fatigue may be associated with oxygen Free radicals and lipid peroxidation damage related; given SOD or Shenmai Yin treatment can significantly inhibit the above changes.
