慢性萎缩性鼻炎是一种病因未明呈慢性退行性变的常见病,治疗方法不少,疗效多不满意。我院1986年始用国产低温加成型医用硅橡胶行鼻粘膜下填入术治疗32例,疗效基本满意,报告如下。临床资料本组32例,男性11例,女性21例,年龄15～20岁14例,21～25岁13例,26岁以上5例。发病时间最短2年,最长15年。15例有程度不同的鼻梁塌陷,2例一家三代女性中患有此病。1例作单侧鼻腔填入,31例行双侧鼻腔填入,7例因本人要求同时行固体硅胶充填鞍鼻矫形术。本组病例均未找出发病原因,故为原发性萎缩性鼻炎。所有病例都具有典型的鼻塞头痛或头昏、干燥、嗅觉消失或明显减退。鼻衄9例,耳、咽部症状17 Chronic atrophic rhinitis is a common cause of chronic degenerative changes that have not been clearly demonstrated in many etiologies.
