一、前言摩擦学是一门新兴的边缘学科,它涉及物理、化学、力学、机械学、冶金学等的基本内容,关系到节约能源、节约材料、控制摩擦、减少磨损等主要问题,对发展科学技术和提高经济效益起着重大的作用。自从1966年英国“乔斯特报告”发表以来,世界各国逐渐认识到摩擦学在工业上应用的巨大意义。我国从大庆油田开展大规模摩擦学工业应用调查后,纺织、农机、煤炭、冶金、铁道等系统也先后进行了调查并发表了各自的摩擦学应用调查报告。这些报告启示我们,我国在摩擦学应用方面蕴藏着巨大的潜力。为了开展国内机电系统方面的调查研究,中国机械工程学会摩擦学学会委托上海交通大学、上海市机电一局、上海材料研究所组织了上海标准件公司、上
I. INTRODUCTION Tribology is an emerging edge discipline that involves the basic contents of physics, chemistry, mechanics, mechanics, metallurgy, etc., and relates to the main issues of energy conservation, material conservation, friction control, and reduction of wear and tear. Science and technology and improving economic efficiency play a major role. Since the publication of the “Jost Report” in Britain in 1966, countries around the world have gradually realized the great significance of tribology in industrial applications. After China launched a large-scale tribology industrial application survey from Daqing Oilfield, textile, agricultural machinery, coal, metallurgy, and railway systems also conducted investigations and published their respective tribological application survey reports. These reports suggest that China has great potential in the application of tribology. In order to carry out investigations and studies on domestic electromechanical systems, the Tribology Institute of the China Mechanical Engineering Society commissioned Shanghai Jiaotong University, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Electrical and Mechanical Services, and the Shanghai Institute of Materials to organize the Shanghai Standard Parts Company.
