职业院校是目前较为新颖的教学体系,也是随着社会经济的发展,而显露头角的教学体系之一。给市场提供了人才的多样化选择,提供给更多的人受教育的机会,也提升整个国民素质水平和专业能力。在职业院校建设中,有不少特性化的教学体系,构建一体化师资队伍是符合职业学校教学特点的教师管理制度,将职前的学历教育与职后教育结合在一起,打造一体化的教师力量,呈现职业教育的实践指导特点,更发挥职业学校学生的专业特征。通过对教学经验的总结,以及相关文献的参考,对一体化师资队伍建设进行探讨,提出可行性的意见和建议。
