武钢2250热轧加热炉燃烧系统采用双交叉限幅控制模型,可以基本实现炉温调节需求,但存在烧钢质量差、吨钢能耗大等问题,低负荷时板坯温度均匀性差,高负荷时烟气余热利用率低。为此,对燃控系统进行了钢坯加热快速性优化和高温低残氧优化,并在加热段采用间拔技术、均热段采用脉冲技术,提高了出炉板坯温度均匀性,降低了吨钢能耗,满足了系统性能升级要求。
