什麽是Lii?为何中国没有Lii?当1992年美国康奈尔大学法学院成立以自由取用法律信息为宗旨的在线法律数据库Lii—Legal InformationInstitute时,同一时期中国则是由北京大学法学院成立中国法律信息网后来演进为北大法宝在线法律数据库。到底是什么原因导致中国没有Lii而朝向另一个方向发展?以及Lii真的好吗,还是只是一种华而不实的口号?本文拟邀请欧洲大学研究院法律信息与法学理论教授Giovanni Sartor、欧洲大学研究院马克斯韦伯学者Giuseppe Contissa、意大利ittig-CNR法律信息理论与技术研究所研究员Enrico Francesconi与GinevraPerugenlli从“Law via The Internet”的概念切入讨论法律信息自由取用运动以及Lii在世界各地的发展状况。
What is Lii? Why China does not have Lii? When the Cornell University Law School in 1992 established the Lii-Legal Information Institute, an online legal database with free access to legal information, in the same period China established Peking University Law School Legal Information Network later evolved into the online legal database Pekinquities. In the end is what led to China without Lii and the other direction? And Lii really good, or is it just a flashy slogan? This article intends to invite the Institute of European Law Institute of law and theory of law Giovanni Sartor, Institute of European Studies Max Weber Scholar Giuseppe Contissa, Researcher Enrico Francesconi and Ginevra Perugenlli, Researcher at ittig-CNR Institute of Legal Information Theory and Technology, Italy From the concept of “Law via The Internet”, we discuss the freedom of legal information access and the development of Lii around the world.
