近年来,实验大鼠和接触者感染流行性出血热(简称EHF)的情况,已引起国内外学者的关注。日本、朝鲜、苏联、比利时、英国和我国都相续报导实验动物发生EHF感染,并且从实验大鼠和接触者检出EHF抗原和抗体,证实了大鼠体内存在EHF病毒抗原。1984年南京实验人员发生典型的EHF症状,从实验大鼠中检出病毒;随后追迹到供鼠点安徽和县,在其大鼠中发现EHF病毒抗原和抗体。这些个体户饲养的大鼠同时供应了附近省、市、地区的科研、医学等实验动物室,引起卫生部的重视。根据卫生部(84)卫防急字第132号文件,我站为了解上海地区实验大鼠和接触者的出血热感染情况,对加强实验动物和接触者的科学管理提供依据,于1983～84年分别在本市抽查10所有实验大鼠的单位和30所内的接触人员,进行了EHF带毒和抗体水平的调查,现将结果报告如下;
In recent years, experimental rats and contacts infected with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (referred to as EHF) has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad. Japan, North Korea, the Soviet Union, Belgium, the United Kingdom and China all reported consecutive cases of EHF infection in laboratory animals, and EHF antigens and antibodies were detected from experimental rats and contacts confirming the presence of EHF virus antigens in rats. A typical EHF symptom occurred in 1984 in Nanjing laboratory. Viruses were detected in experimental rats. Traces were then made to Anhui and Xianan for rats, and EHF virus antigens and antibodies were found in their rats. The rats fed by self-employed at the same time supply the experimental animal room of scientific research, medicine and other nearby provinces, cities and regions, causing the attention of the Ministry of Health. According to document No. 132 of the Ministry of Public Health and Emergency Prevention, Ministry of Health (IMRT), in order to understand the situation of hemorrhagic fever among experimental rats and contacts in Shanghai area, and to provide evidence for strengthening the scientific management of laboratory animals and contacts, Year in the city of 10 units of all experimental rats and 30 contacts within the staff, EHF virus and antibody levels were investigated, the results are reported as follows;
