中共中央、国务院批准的我国高技术研究发展计划纲要,从今年起实施。自动化技术已列入七个重点发展的高技术领域之一。柔性制造系统(FMS)被认为多品种中小批量生产自动化的主要手段,发达国家从七十年代起投入大量人力财力进行研究开发,目前已进入实用阶段。我国财力有限,技术力量不足,不可能在短期内大量引进或建造FMS,为此,内前亟需开发一种适合我国国情的、既采用先进的计算机技术和数控技术,又使目前普遍拥有目普通机床能充分利用,并把工艺技术、生产管理和制造过程三者结合起来的柔性制造方式,为开发自动化技术创造条件。在这方面,同济大学和上海机床齿轮厂走出了可喜的一步。
The Outline of China’s High-tech Research and Development Program approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council has been implemented since this year. Automation technology has been included in one of seven key high-tech developments. Flexible manufacturing system (FMS) is considered as the main means of automation for medium and small batch production of many varieties. Developed countries have put a lot of manpower and resources into research and development since the 1970s and have now entered into practical phase. Because of limited financial resources and insufficient technical force, it is impossible to introduce or construct a large number of FMSs in a short period of time. For this reason, it is urgent to develop a system suitable for China’s national conditions that uses both advanced computer technology and numerical control technology, Ordinary machine tools can take full advantage of, and the process of manufacturing technology, manufacturing management and manufacturing process of combining the three flexible manufacturing methods for the development of automation technology to create conditions. In this regard, Tongji University and Shanghai Machine Tool Gear Factory out of a gratifying step.
