目前对于城乡大学生在求职就业过程中的差异研究,大多针对大学生身心健康状况、思想价值观念和社会资本等方面,并缺少对此种差异的实证检验以及对差异产生原因的实证分析。本次研究利用问卷调查,对应届城乡大学生在初次就业求职过程中的就业期望和求职经历进行了实证分析。 At present, most of the researches on the differences between urban and rural undergraduates in job hunting and employment are aimed at the undergraduates’ physical and mental health, ideological values ​​and social capital, and lack of empirical tests on such differences and the empirical analysis of the causes. This research uses the questionnaire survey to make an empirical analysis of the employment expectation and job hunting experience of the urban and rural students in the process of initial employment and job seeking.
