从NdFeB稀土永磁材料阻氢的角度出发 ,对NdFeB阻氢涂层的制备进行了研究。利用厚膜烧结方法和浸涂法在NdFeB磁体表面涂覆Ag/聚合物复合涂层作为NdFeB磁体的阻氢涂层 ,高压充氢实验结果表明 ,在 10MPa ,2 5℃的氢环境中 ,粘结NdFeB磁体充氢 480min未粉碎 ,最高可达 60 0min ,烧结NdFeB磁体充氢 180min未粉碎 ,最高可达 2 80min。NdFeB磁体涂覆Ag/聚合物复合涂层前后的磁性能几乎没有变化
From the perspective of hydrogen resisting NdFeB rare earth permanent magnetic materials, the preparation of NdFeB hydrogen barrier coating was studied. The thick-film sintering method and dip-coating method were used to coat the surface of NdFeB magnets with Ag / polymer composite coating as the hydrogen-resisting coating of NdFeB magnets. The results of high-pressure hydrogen charging experiment showed that in the hydrogen environment of 10MPa and 25 ℃, NdFeB magnet filled hydrogen 480min not crushed, up to 60 0min, sintered NdFeB magnet filled 180min not crushed, up to 280min. NdFeB magnets coated with Ag / polymer composite coating before and after the magnetic properties of almost no change
