话语权体现了一个国家的软实力,改革开放以来,中国的经济建设突飞猛进。与此同时,中国竞技体育的进步更是有目共睹。在上一届奥运会中,中国取得了金牌榜第二名的成绩,表明中国竞技体育事业已经到达了一个巅峰时期。中国已经超越英、德、俄等国家,与美国领跑世界性质的竞技体育活动。然而,中国却没有得到与实力相匹配的体育话语权,当代的世界体坛还是欧美独大,以中国为代表的第三世界国家还缺乏足够的影响力。
The right to speak reflects the soft power of a country. Since its reform and opening up, China’s economic construction has been advancing by leaps and bounds. At the same time, the progress of China’s competitive sports is even more obvious to all. In the last Olympic Games, China won the second place in the gold medal standings, indicating that China’s competitive sports have reached a peak period. China has surpassed the countries such as Britain, Germany and Russia to lead the world-class competitive sports with the United States. However, China has not got the right to speak of sports with its strength. The contemporary world is still dominated by Europe and the United States, and the third world countries represented by China still lack sufficient influence.
