目的:探讨CD34在人鼻息肉组织中的表达及微血管密度(MVD)的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学E livision P lus二步法,检测30例正常下鼻甲(对照组)和60例鼻息肉(鼻息肉组)组织中CD34蛋白的表达情况,对CD34阳性血管进行MVD计数,并了解微血管的分布情况。结果:在鼻息肉组织中CD34阳性表达较广泛,在正常下鼻甲组织中CD34呈散在的弱阳性表达。鼻息肉组MVD明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并且在鼻息肉组中Ⅱ型3期、Ⅲ型中的MVD较Ⅱ型1期显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:CD34的表达及微血管的增生与鼻息肉的发生、发展有关,对其检测有助于判断鼻息肉的发展趋势,为新的治疗方案的选择提供依据。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of CD34 expression in human nasal polyps and microvessel density (MVD). Methods: The expression of CD34 protein in 30 cases of normal inferior turbinate (control group) and 60 cases of nasal polyps (nasal polyps) tissues were detected by immunohistochemical Elivision P lus two-step method. The MVD of CD34 positive vessels was counted, And understand the distribution of capillaries. Results: The positive expression of CD34 in nasal polyps was extensive, and scattered weakly positive expression of CD34 was found in normal inferior turbinate tissues. The MVD in nasal polyps was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). In the nasal polyps group, MVD in type II and III was significantly higher than that in type II and I (P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of CD34 and the proliferation of microvessel are related to the occurrence and development of nasal polyps. The detection of CD34 is helpful to judge the development trend of nasal polyps, and provide a basis for the selection of new therapeutic options.
