提高党员领导干部的学习力,使广大党员领导干部成为学习型领导干部,是建设学习型党组织的重要基石。针对当前领导干部“学习形式主义严重,有压力没动力”的现状,应该从努力提高领导干部的学习力着手。
To improve the learning ability of the leading cadres of the party members and to make the leading cadres of the vast majority of party members a learning leading cadre is an important cornerstone for building a learning party organization. In view of the current leading cadres “the seriousness of learning formalism, there is pressure no power ” status quo, we should proceed from efforts to improve the learning ability of leading cadres.
