用硫酸亚铁水溶液化学剂量计测量上海辐射中心钴源装置启用剂量。研究动态辐照条件下空载集装箱和输液器、马铃薯等二种产品集装箱的剂量分布,并给出分布图。测得空载集装箱及上述两种产品集装箱的剂量均匀度依次为1.27±0.04、1.32±0.04、1.71±0.06,并发现可用产品在箱体中堆积密度ρ(kg/m~3)粗略地估计该值:U_1=1.39×10~(-4)ρ+1.26。确定传输链速度(v,m/min)与辐照产品接受的剂量D_(min)(Gy)之间的函数关系:D_(min)=A+m1/V;找到m值(Gy·m·min~(-1))与ρ大致关系的经验表达式:m=1875 e~(-9.55×10-4ρ)。测量辐照场1/8空间剂量率分布,并给出其二维分布图。
The dosage of cobalt source of Shanghai Radiation Center was measured with chemical reagent of ferrous sulfate aqueous solution. The dynamic distribution of empty container and infusion set, potatoes and other two kinds of product containers under dynamic irradiation was studied and the distribution was given. The measured dose uniformity of empty containers and the above two products were 1.27 ± 0.04, 1.32 ± 0.04 and 1.71 ± 0.06, respectively, and the bulk density ρ (kg / m ~ 3) of available products in the container was found to be roughly estimated The value: U_1 = 1.39 × 10 -4 (ρ + 1.26). Determine the functional relationship between the speed (v, m / min) of the transport chain and the dose D min (Gy) accepted by the irradiated product: D min = A + m1 / V; min ~ (-1)) and ρ: Empirical expression: m = 1875 e ~ (-9.55 × 10-4ρ). The spatial dose rate distribution of 1/8 of the irradiation field was measured and its two-dimensional distribution map was given.
