二十世纪以来,随着经济的高速发展,雇主与职工群众之间的关系日益紧张。起到平衡关系的工会在其中却缕缕缺位,归根结底,是工会代表未能充分发挥其作用,及时反映基层职工的诉求。本文试图从政治代表角度更好的阐释工会代表权理论中的代表性,为民主选举提供有力依据。建议在基层工会改革中,大力推行公开直选,以加强工会领导人与职工群众的联系,达到激活基层工会的目的。
Since the twentieth century, with the rapid economic development, the relations between employers and the workers and staff have become increasingly tense. The trade unions that have played a balancing role are inextricably linked in the final analysis. In the final analysis, the trade union representatives failed to give full play to their role and timely reflected the demands of grassroots workers. This article attempts to explain the representativeness of the trade union representation theory better from the perspective of political representatives and provide a strong basis for the democratic election. It is suggested that in the reform of grassroots trade unions, vigorously promote open and direct elections so as to strengthen the ties between trade union leaders and the workers and the masses and achieve the goal of activating grassroots trade unions.
