本文作者曾用马桑内酯造成家兔癫痫模型,为了探索马桑内酯对不同种类动物致痫作用的差异,以及建立一种更经济适用的动物癫痫模型,进行了本题目的工作。实验选用体重150—200克健康大鼠90只,雌雄各半。其中80只用于行为观察,10只在观察行为的同时遥测记录脑电图。实验分三组进行,每组30只大鼠,雌雄各半,分别肌注不同剂量的马桑内酯注射液,第Ⅰ组2mg/kg,第Ⅱ组2.5mg/kg,第Ⅲ组3mg/kg。肌注马桑内酯后连续观察2—2.5小时,超过此时间,癫痫一般不再发作。
The author of this article had previously used the model of epilepsy in rabbits caused by the use of the coriaria lactone. In order to explore the differences of the epileptogenic effects of different kinds of animals and to establish a more economical animal epilepsy model, the work of this topic was carried out. In the experiment, 90 healthy rats weighing 150-200 grams were selected, half male and half female. Of these, 80 were used for behavioral observations and 10 were recorded by telemetry while observing behaviors. The experiment was divided into three groups. Each group of 30 rats, male and female, were injected intramuscularly with different doses of sarsasate injection, group I 2 mg/kg, group II 2.5 mg/kg, group III 3 mg/ Kg. Intramuscular injection of coriaria lactone was observed continuously for 2 to 2.5 hours, and beyond this time, seizures generally did not occur.
