职工培训在铁路企业改革发展中的作用越来越重要,必须按照投入产出思路,遵循“在最短的时间内、用最有效的方式、教授员工最有用的知识和技能”的培训原则。围绕此原则组织实用高效培训,要注重把好培训需求、形式、师资和考核关,同时控制培训成本支出,加强培训管理者自身建设。
Staff training plays an increasingly important role in the reform and development of railway enterprises. In accordance with the principle of input-output and following the training principle of “teaching the most useful knowledge and skills of employees in the shortest possible time and in the most effective way” . To organize practical and efficient training around this principle, we should pay attention to training needs, forms, teachers and examinations, and at the same time control training costs and expenditures so as to enhance the training manager’s own construction.
