通过三年新生儿接种卡介苗764人结果表明,影响结核菌素反应阳转及卡痕普及的因素,与接种者的技术熟练程度和培训次数有很大关系。至少应培训2次,未经培训不能上岗,培训后要保持人员稳定,以保证接种质量。
The results of 764 BCG vaccinations through three-year newborns show that the factors affecting the prevalence of tuberculin reaction and popularization of card marks are closely related to the technical proficiency and number of training of vaccinates. Training should be at least 2 times, can not be employed without training, to maintain staff stability after training to ensure the quality of vaccination.
