观察了300例脊髓灰质炎后遗畸形膝形关节X线平片。对其中2O例患者膝关节与20倒正常人膝关节进行了运动学对比分析。对畸形膝关节股胫骨的分离式运动,压迫式运动和异常滚动三种运动方式的成固和后果的分析结果表明:三种异常的运动方式是造成股胫关节面畸形的直接动困。运用X线摄影方法对膝关节进行运动学分析能提供X线平片所不能表达的诊断信息,这对脊髓灰质炎后遗膝关节畸形及一般膝关节运动性疾患的术前疹断及术后疗效对比都有实际意义。
300 cases of poliomyelitis posterior deformity knee joint X-ray films were observed. Knee joints in 20 patients and 20 normal knee were analyzed by kinematics.
