泡沫钻井液稳定性是泡沫钻井液的主要性能之一,直接关系到泡沫钻井液的携岩能力、井壁稳定等重要性能。本文根据泡沫钻井液的现场应用,利用低速搅拌机,对泡沫进行了起泡剂和稳泡剂的优选,利用流变仪和失水仪等进行了泡沫流变性和滤失性的实验测定,对泡沬钻井液的性能进行了深入的分析与研究,并形成了一套稳定泡沫钻井液配方。实验结果表明,优选的稳定泡沫钻井液配制工艺较简单,稳定性高,滤失量小,对油层伤害少,并具有优良的防塌性能。绥中36-1S-1井的现场应用证实,在整个钻进过程中该钻井液性能稳定,能够有效减小漏失压差,提高机械钻速,减少钻井成本,泡沫钻井液的各项性能均能满足现场使用的技术要求。
