刚刚闭幕的党的十七届五中全会是在应对国际国内重大挑战、推动党和国家事业实现新发展的关键时期召开的一次具有重要意义的会议。各级纪检监察机关要认真学习贯彻十七届五中全会精神,准确把握中央关于制定“十二五”规划建议的指导思想和基本任务,深刻领会中央关于抓住和用好我国发展重要战略机遇期的战略思想,扎扎实实做好纪检监察工作,深入开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,为“十二五”规划开好局、起好步提供坚强保证。
The just concluded Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee’s plenary session is an important conference held in the critical period of coping with major international and domestic challenges and pushing the party’s and the nation’s cause to achieve new development. Discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels should conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, accurately grasp the guiding ideology and basic tasks set by the Central Government on formulating the “12th Five-year Plan”, profoundly understand the importance the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Strategic period of strategic thinking, do a solid job discipline inspection and supervision work, and thoroughly carry out the building of a clean government and the fight against corruption, for the “second five ” planning a good start, take good steps to provide a strong guarantee.
