通过分析两个新的黄粒沙逊栽培品种的硫甙含量,明确了不同位置角果的籽粒硫甙含量变化。从中发现不同位置角果的籽粒明显影响硫甙含量,顶部角果的种子中硫甙含量高于基部角果的种子,硫甙含量最高的是分枝部位最低的顶部角果的籽粒。同时,本文还就不同位置角果的种子与油菜育种进行了探讨。
By analyzing the content of glucosinolates of two new cultivars, the change of glucosinolate content in different positions of pods was clarified. It was found that the grains of podocarpus at different positions significantly affected the content of glucosinolate, the content of glucosinolate in the top pod was higher than that of the basal pod, and the glucosinolate was the highest in the branches with the lowest branching angle. At the same time, this paper also discussed the seed and rapeseed breeding of pod in different positions.
