用抢钴振动钻孔时,只要恰当地选择振动参数及其与切削用量的匹配关系,在适用范围内不论加工何种材料,采用什么样的刀具角度,都能根据需要随意控制切屑的大小和形状,从而实现了切屑的自主控制,解决了钻孔时的切屑处理问题,为广泛应用各类内排屑钻头提供了先决条件。文中通过理论分析和试验验证,给出了断屑区域图和钻头动态后角计算图,利用该图可以方便地选择振动钻孔时的工艺参数和适宜的刀具角度。
