比较研究陆地棉品种徐州142 与其无絮突变体开花前4d 至开花后6d 胚珠内细胞壁结合的离子型蛋白质含量、过氧化物酶和IAA氧化酶活性变化。结果表明, 过氧化物酶和IAA氧化酶阻碍纤维的初始发育。
The content of ionic protein, the activities of peroxidase and IAA oxidase in the intrauterine cell wall of the upland cotton cultivar Xuzhou 142 and its non-flocculent mutant from 4 days before flowering to 6 days after flowering were comparatively studied. The results show that peroxidase and IAA oxidase block the initial development of the fiber.
