以TiO2粉、C粉、Al粉和La2O3粉为原料,利用放热弥散法原位合成稀土La2O3含量分别为0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%(质量分数)的Al-TiO2-C晶粒细化剂,并使用这4种细化剂分别对工业纯铝进行细化试验。采用XRD、SEM及能谱分析等方法研究了La2O3含量对Al-TiO2-C细化剂显微组织的影响。结果表明:La2O3含量为0.2%时,Al-TiO2-C晶粒细化剂组织中Al3Ti呈块状分布,彼此间断开且颗粒分布相对均匀。此时对工业纯铝的细化效果相对较好。适量的Al20Ti2La对提高Al-TiO2-C细化剂细化性能起到重要作用。
The TiO2 powder, C powder, Al powder and La2O3 powder were used as raw materials to synthesize Al-TiO2-C crystal with 0, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3% Refiner, and use these four kinds of refiner were industrial aluminum refinement test. The effects of La2O3 content on the microstructure of Al-TiO2-C refiner were studied by XRD, SEM and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that when the content of La2O3 is 0.2%, the Al3Ti in Al-TiO2-C grain refiner has a block-like distribution, which is disconnected from each other and the distribution of particles is relatively uniform. At this point the refining effect of industrial pure aluminum is relatively good. The proper amount of Al20Ti2La plays an important role in improving the refining performance of Al-TiO2-C refiner.
