南平市地处福建北部,辖一区四市五县,境内多丘陵山地,村落分散,呈点状式聚居,相对封闭的环境,有利于非物质文化遗产的存续。至今,南平市已有7项国家级非遗项目、29项省级非遗项目、97项市级非遗项目。南平市取得的“非遗”成果,离不开基层“非遗”工作者的辛勤努力。为完整、全面地掌握所属县(市、区)“非遗”工作状况,做好“非遗”工作,本人对南平十县(市、区)文化馆“非遗”工作者的现状进行了调查。一、调查发现如下问题(一)人员紧缺成常态,兼职临聘现象普遍1.半数县馆1人从业经统计,十县(市、区)共有20人从事“非遗”各项事务,其中浦城县最多,顺昌县次之,剩余均仅有1至2人,易造成以下
