一、工程概况西津水电站位于广西横县郁江中游,下距横县县城5公里,1964年基本建成发电。枢纽左侧为厂房,安装4台机组,总容量为23.44万千瓦;右岸台地布置二级船闸,设计通航能力为2×1,000吨船队。溢流坝在厂房与船闸之间,共17孔,每孔净宽14米,闸墩厚3.2米,上设平板钢闸门。坝面形式采用克—奥菲采罗夫实用断面堰,溢流段全长299.7米。河床地形左低右高,高程为34米至41米。溢流坝分成三种不同坝型的坝段,自左至右:(1)“Ⅰ”型坝段为1至6号坝块,底宽32米,河床平均高程34米至35米,最低为30米,鼻坎高程38米。(2)“Ⅱ”型坝段为7号坝块,底宽29米,河床平均高程38米,鼻坎高程41米。(3)“Ⅲ”
First, the project overview Xijin Hydropower Station is located in the middle reaches of Yujiang in Hengxian, Guangxi, 5 km away from Hengxian County, basically completed in 1964 to generate electricity. The left side of the hub is a factory building with 4 units installed, with a total capacity of 234,400 kilowatts; a second stage lock arranged on the right bank platform and a 2 × 1,000-ton fleet designed for navigation.
