针对一种基于扰流作用的多层蜂窝形微通道热沉结构设计,在不同流量、不同加热功率、不同热沉设计尺寸等实验条件下对其进行了散热测试实验,对影响该系统性能的因素进行了分析和讨论。散热实验结果显示在热沉进出口管径采用外径为6mm,内径为4mm不锈钢毛细管时,其有效散热热流密度可达18.2W/cm2,基板温度为48.3℃,微泵耗功为2.4W,具有良好的换热效果。
Aiming at the design of a multi-layer honeycomb microchannel heat sink based on the spoiler effect, the heat dissipation test was carried out under the experimental conditions of different flow rates, different heating powers and different heat sink design dimensions. Factors were analyzed and discussed. The experimental results of heat dissipation show that the effective cooling heat flux density can reach 18.2W / cm2, the substrate temperature is 48.3 ℃ and the power consumption of micro pump is 2.4 when the diameter of inlet and outlet of heat sink is 6mm and the inner diameter is 4mm stainless steel capillary. W, has a good heat transfer effect.
