一种可广泛应用于化工、医药、食品、塑料、生物制品等领域,具有九十年代先进水平的微粉生产线—长城牌DFJ超低温粉碎机装置,由浙江丰利粉碎设备有限公司下属浙江嵊州市特种粉碎设备厂和浙江大学联合开发成功,获得国家实用新型专利,通过省级新产品鉴定,填补了国内低温粉碎行业的一项空白。粉碎是工业生产中不可缺少的单元操作之一,长期以来,我国一直采用常温粉碎,这种工艺由于温升引起热分解,改变了物质固有性质,降低了材料品质。特别对像冷羚羊角、鹿茸一类贵重药材,常温粉碎能耗大、效率低、干耗大、产品色泽差,细度达不到要求。DFJ超低温粉碎机的问世,则克服了上述缺陷。
