嘧菌酯为甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,具有杀菌谱广、杀菌活性高等优点,但同时该类药剂也属于高抗性风险药剂。为明确我国黄瓜主产区黄瓜霜霉菌对嘧菌酯的抗药性,近期,东北农业大学农学院科研人员采用叶盘漂浮法,测定了来自黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、北京、山东、江苏、湖北和广东等8个省份13个黄瓜主产区36个黄瓜霜霉病菌菌株对嘧菌酯的抗药性。

In order to clarify the resistance of cucumber downy mildew to azoxystrobin in the main producing areas of cucumber in our country, researchers from Agricultural College of Northeast Agricultural University recently adopted leaf disc floating method to determine the resistance of azoxystrobin to azoxystrobin in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Beijing, Shandong, Jiangsu, Hubei and Guangdong and other 8 provinces 13 main cucumber cucumber downy mildew pathogenic strains of azoxystrobin resistance.
