医德医风教育中的主要问题是：①对医德医风教育的意义认识不够，视为“软指标”；②对市场经济条件下搞好医德医风教育缺乏信心；③医德医风教育形式呆板。为此应从４个方面入手：一是在思想上要走出误区，清原固本，变医德医风教育“要我抓”为“我要抓”。二是在方法上要不拘一格，多种形式，增强医德医风教育的吸引力和感召力。三是在内容上要贴近实际，重点突出，增强教育的针对性和操作性。四是教育引导和趋动附之规章制度的约束和规范。
The main problems in medical ethics education are: 1 The understanding of the significance of medical ethics education is not enough, as a “soft index”; 2 The lack of confidence in the education of medical ethics under the conditions of market economy; 3 The form of medical ethics education is rigid . To this end, four aspects should be taken into consideration: First, we must go through the erroneous zone in ideology, consolidate the original in the Qing dynasty, and change the medical ethics teaching in the medical ethics to “catch me” as “I want to grasp”. The second is to adopt a variety of methods to enhance the appeal and appeal of medical ethics education. The third is to be close to reality in terms of content, focusing on highlighting and enhancing the pertinence and operability of education. The fourth is the constraints and norms of the rules and regulations attached to education guidance and movement.
