CT检查能直接显示肠腔本身及其病变的横断面像 ,因此 ,特别适用于肠道的占位性病变的诊断、肿瘤的分期、手术切除可能性的预测等。运用专门软件 ,进行三维重建可获得肠道三维图像 ,产生纤维内镜的观察效果。用于结肠者称结肠仿真内窥镜。作为一种非侵入性的新方法 ,它安全、快捷、病人无痛苦。因此 ,在诊断结肠直肠占位性病变上是结肠纤维内镜的补充手段。尽管该技术目前尚处于初级阶段 ,但在减少侵入性、影像诊断、医学教育方面有很大发展潜能。本文结合国内外文献就此技术的原理、方法、临床应用的价值和局限性作一综述和评价。
