压力铸造是一种高效率的少、无切削加工工艺,现在很多有色金属机械零件都用压铸法制造。但有些中小型企业由于缺少压铸机,至今还是用一般的砂模、硬模铸造零件。当要解决无压铸机而又要铸造高质量零件的问题时,可采用熔态模锻工艺(简称熔锻),如图1所示的壳体零件采用熔锻工艺,可由原来的十几道工序减少为三道工序即可完成。一、熔锻设备可以使用普通冲床,将单一离合器改为双离合器。
