桥梁墩承台若处于水中,常采用钢板桩围囹基坑支护方案施工,施工中支护结构中的基坑侧水土、挖泥降水、围囹支撑系统相互作用复杂,有一定的施工风险。利用有限元对基坑支护方案进行模拟分析,依据预测结果确定施工预案,及时采取相应措施,可以确保基坑开挖和基坑结构的安全。以白沙河大桥15号墩承台基坑支护工程为例,采用通用有限元软件Midas对工程进行了建模,分析了施工中钢板桩及围囹系统的受力情况。通过施工关键工况模拟分析,分析了桥墩基坑支护结构中基坑侧水土、挖泥降水、围囹支撑系统的相互作用,为白沙河大桥桥墩基础支护施工提供了技术支持。
If the bridge pier bearing platform is in the water, the construction of the supporting plan of the foundation pit with steel sheet piles is often used. The finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the foundation pit supporting plan. Based on the prediction results, the construction plan is determined and timely measures are taken to ensure the safety of foundation pit excavation and foundation pit structure. Taking the foundation pit supporting project of Pier No. 15 of Baishahe Bridge as an example, the project was modeled by the common finite element software Midas, and the stress situation of the steel sheet piles and the enclosure system during construction was analyzed. Through the simulation analysis of key construction conditions, the interaction between water and soil at the foundation pit side, dredging and precipitation, and the support system of dwelling support are analyzed, which provides technical support for the foundation supporting of the pier of Baisha River Bridge.
