目的:本研究对不同种源黄芩的质量进行比较研究,以便为有效地控制黄芩药材质量和选育优良的栽培品种提供参考。方法:利用HPLC等方法,依据《中华人民共和国药典》(2010版),对不同种源黄芩(山东、甘肃、陕西、山西)的总灰分、水分、醇溶性浸出物及黄芩苷含量进行测定。结果:山东黄芩中总灰分含量为4.70%,水分含量为4.78%,醇溶性浸出物含量为65.88%,黄芩苷含量为14.98%;甘肃黄芩中总灰份含量为5.73%,水分含量为7.61%,醇溶性浸出物含量为40.85%,黄芩苷含量为12.17%;山西黄芩中总灰分含量为5.42%,水分含量为3.95%,醇溶性浸出物含量为55.25%,黄芩苷含量为10.40%;陕西黄芩中总灰分含量为5.34%,水分含量为3.01%,醇溶性浸出物含量为56.71%,黄芩苷含量为11.89%。结论:四种源黄芩质量均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定。黄芩的质量标准主要以醇溶性浸出物与黄芩苷含量为依据,山东黄芩的这两项指标均比其他种源黄芩高,山东黄芩的质量最佳。
OBJECTIVE: In this study, the quality of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi from different provenances were comparatively studied in order to provide references for effectively controlling the quality of Radix Scutellariae and breeding excellent cultivars. Methods: The contents of total ash, water, alcohol-soluble extract and baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis (Shandong, Gansu, Shaanxi and Shanxi) were determined by HPLC and other methods according to the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China (2010 edition). Results: The total ash content of Scutellaria baicalensis was 4.70%, the content of water was 4.78%, the content of alcohol-soluble extract was 65.88% and the content of baicalin was 14.98%. The content of ash in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was 5.73% and the content of moisture was 7.61% , Alcohol-soluble extract content of 40.85%, baicalin content of 12.17%; Shanxi Scutellaria total ash content of 5.42%, 3.95% moisture content, alcohol-soluble extract content of 55.25%, baicalin content of 10.40%; Shaanxi Scutellaria total ash content of 5.34%, moisture content of 3.01%, alcohol-soluble extract content of 56.71%, baicalin content of 11.89%. Conclusion: The quality of four sources Scutellariae are in line with the “People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia” provisions. Scutellaria quality standards mainly based on alcohol-soluble extract and baicalin content, Shandong Scutellaria these two indicators are higher than the other provenance Scutellaria baicalensis, Shandong best quality.
