减轻运用设备中的零件磨损是工业部门的主要任务之一。本文所介绍的方法在铁路运输部门的应用始于20世纪80年代。对于铁路运输部门来说,磨损问题显得特别突出。经过试验和引进后,已经成功地将零部件(如车钧)的修理由2年延长至3年,甚至更长。事情并非到此为止。俄罗斯联邦运输部在评估了此种方法的优点后,为了延长客车车辆的修理周期,决定在进行客车的计划性的段修和厂修时使用这种方法。
Reducing the wear and tear on the parts used in the equipment is one of the major tasks in the industrial sector. The method described in this article has been used in the railway sector since the 1980s. For the railway transport department, the problem of wear and tear is particularly prominent. After trial and introduction, the repair of parts (such as Che Kwan) has been successfully extended from 2 to 3 years or even longer. Things do not stop here. After assessing the merits of such a method, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation decided to use this method when planning the repairs and repairs of passenger cars in order to extend the repair cycle of the bus vehicles.
